We are now pleased to confirm that Support 24 is now part of IndeM ltd, the move was finalised and completed in May, this will allow further enhancements to be made to the service we provide to our customers.

May 2007:
We are pleased to announce that Support 24 will be changing ownership in the coming months, final arrangements are being made and an announcement will be made shortly. There will be no change to any services or products available.

April 2007: WiFi Rollout:
Suport 24 is currently in negotiations with several locations to outlay a free to use WiFi network, this will allow users free access to the internet while using the facilities of the locations.
The first point has been installed in The Bebside Inn, Public House, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 4HT. Now customers there can use the local wifi connection free of charge.

Feb 2007: New training announced:
A new service being introduced in 2007 is office software training, this will be available in house or at a training location. The courses will be aimed at maximising the productivity of your office through software training. Helping to integrate tasks with office software and save on time and paperwork.
